BOOKING POLICIES
NEW CLIENT DEPOSIT POLICY
All new facial clients will require a $50 deposit, Brazilian and spray tan appts $30.This will go toward your service. If you no show or cancel with less than 24hr notice you will forfeit your deposit. Deposit must be sent via Zelle.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be made 24hrs prior to your appt time. If you cancel with less than 24hr notice you will be asked to pay for 50% of your scheduled service. If you fail to do so you will not be allowed to rebook. If same day cancellations happen more than twice you will be asked to leave a deposit going forward.
LATE POLICY
If you are late for your facial appts I can only give you a facial in the time allotted and the price will remain the same. For Brazilian and spray tan appts if you are more than 10mins late you will be asked to reschedule and considered a same day cancellation and asked to pay for 50% of the service.
NO SHOW POLICY
Clients who no show will have to pay for their missed appt and going forward will have to prepay all future appts. If you fail to do so you will not be allowed to rebook.
